Our client operates a purpose-built container storage facility for small residential and commercial storage customers, alongside a large commercial storage facility. They engaged StorBox at the design phase, looking to implement a state-of-the-art storage management solution that would allow them to operate the facility in the most efficient manner, without compromising on security or customer experience. StorBox were engaged to design the site-wide security, access control and facility management platform.
StorBox designed and installed a fully integrated facility management, CCTV and access control system, utilising our cloud-based self-storage management software to control the entire system for our client. The system comprised:
- door contact alarms across all container doors
- a Paxton Net2 access control system to manage the unit alarms
- Hikvision CCTV cameras, connected to a NVR recorder with a wireless access solution for remote monitoring, control and access
Our client’s facility was fully operational within their planned timelines and StorBox continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system.
